The Problem
New start-up with a new concept to bring to the market. Very small marketing budget. No marketing strategy. No marketing streams aside from a website. Embryonic relationship with Weber® to become stockiest but no clear plan to manage the relationship with stockists and support them with marketing material.
What We Did
Provided partnership training and support. Created a marketing support plan for stockists including social content, promotional material and photography and videography. Provided monthly support calls to review progress and advise. Called all stockists to build relationships and support with marketing needs. Created a social media content plan and managed all social media to build brand awareness. Liaised with magazines and publications to create editorial and advertorial content and newsletter campaigns including identifying a major magazine promotional opportunity.
The Result
Significantly increased traffic to website during promotion campaigns and from advertising opportunities. Relationships with stockists resulting in regular sharing of content, which generated increased sales and met and exceeded sales targets through summer campaign. Taste Magazine promotion – secured front cover special summer promotion position and negotiated significant social media and EDM marketing to Taste database.
