The Problem

Inconsistency on social media. No content plan. Dated website. No email communication to clients. Wanted to increase their client base. Wanted to promote full range of services. Keen to establish themselves as the number one choice for Vet services and pet care in their local area and create a family-feel brand.

What We Did

Reviewed their existing marketing streams. Identified appropriate strategies and ways for staff to integrate their knowledge in order to share relevant content via social media.  Created monthly newsletters sharing information on services, new products, including an informative blog driving traffic to the website and promoting services.  Identified media opportunities to connect Direct Vet Services closer with their community. Reviewed website and in conjunction with another developer, rebuilt the website.  Wrote new website copy and created landing pages for specific promotions and campaigns.

The Result

Created a marketing strategy that ensured Direct Vet Services were consistently sharing their message on social, through email communications, in clinic and on their new website which now included an ability to shop and purchase products.  Generated an increase in sales and bookings across the range of services from EDM’s and social content – resulted in one promotion being fully booked out before end of promotion and all promotions had to be stopped. Increased client database by 50%, and social media audience by 25%. Secured media coverage in their local paper following a media stunt idea using their in-clinic parrot!  Reinvigorated existing partnerships by sharing content, linking to blogs and cross promoting.
